You may use AIOCreate tools for personal and commercial work, as long as you follow these terms and the law.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you process. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you are not allowed to share.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or misuse the service, or access it with automated tools without permission.
• Do not use the tools to create harmful, deceptive or abusive content.
• Do not use AI voice or image tools to impersonate real people without their consent.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to give good results but cannot guarantee that every tool is always available or error-free. Keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AIOCreate is not liable for any loss caused by using or being unable to use the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
